We have had the pleasure and privilege to work on some wonderful projects with wonderful people.

Project:   Riversdale Art Gallery & New Accommodation

Location:  Nowra, Shoalhaven, NSW

Client:   Bundanon Trust

Value: $35M

The project overcame significant challenges, both technical to achieve the Trust’s requirements on the site but also procedural, in managing complex funding pathways involving private and State and Federal Government contributions. The site’s remoteness and immersion within extensive Bushland, required flame zone Rural Fire considerations, legal access provisions due to Native Title (which included the construction of a ferry pier on the Shoalhaven River), and the coordinated management of a team of 35 consultants, with many located across the eastern seaboard in Melbourne, Canberra, the Shoalhaven and Sydney

The outcome is a Sulman award-winning art gallery and storage facility for more than 4000 pieces of the Arthur Boyd collection, as well as new residential accommodation in the gantry bridge structure.

Project:   RFDS Wellbeing Centre

Location:  Broken Hill, NSW

Client:   Royal Flying Doctor Service (S/E Section)

Value:   $2M

The project involves landlord negotiations and refit scoping, approvals and delivery management to create an amenity for RFDS to continue to deliver its wellbeing programmes to the Broken Hill community.

Project:   RFDS Outback Heritage Visitor Experience

Location:  Broken Hill, NSW

Client:   Royal Flying Doctor Service (S/E Section)

Value:   $9M

The project involved substantial civil works, a 40-space car park, a new building entrance, containing a retail shop and accessible amenities + the conversion of the existing hangar into a new museum.

Project:  Building Remediation to Seniors Living Apartments

Location:  Port Stephens, NSW

Client:   Port Stephens Veterans and Aged Care

Value:   Undisclosed

Major building remediation project involving roof replacement roof, balcony, podium and façade rectifications.

Project: Aspect The Gables – Specialist School

Location:  The Gables, NSW

Client:   Autism Spectrum Australia (Aspect)

Value:   $15m

Aspect’s first purpose designed and built Autism specialist school built adjacent the Mirvac suburb development of Gables. a 72 student, (K-6) school, with 12 general learning areas, multi-purpose playgrounds and Hall and staff / administration areas.

CPC helped the team overcome significant challenges associated with this pilot programme now considered a template solution. Overcoming NCC Specification 43 compliance for bush fire requirements was a particular highlight.

Project: Dumaresq Seniors Living Village (Wallace Peak)

Location:  Nowra, NSW

Client:   RSL LifeCare

Value:   $13m

Description:  40 single level, 2-bedroom independent living unit villas.   Significant in ground infrastructure, road network and community   building.

Challenges:  Balancing Council upgrade/refurbishment requirements for the   heritage listed original homestead for the community centre,, and the client’s limited overall project   budget.

Project: Nowra Veteran Wellbeing Centre

Location:  Nowra, NSW

Client:   RSL LifeCare

Value:   $5m

Description:  DVA Funded Facility to provide Wellbeing Services for Veterans   in the South Coast and Nowra Region

Challenges:  Minimal budget and timing constraints to deliver a bespoke   facility to provide care and wellbeing services within. Consulting   facilities, workplace amenities, social and operational amenities   that the operators found difficult to brief, but through the PM   lead, the eventual outcome became the benchmark for multiple  facilities developed thereafter…

Project: Kintyre Seniors Living (stage 9)

Location:  Dubbo, NSW

Client:   BaptistCare

Value:   $25m

Description:  The project involves the construction of the final stage of the   Kintyre Living Village in Dubbo, following BaptistCare’s   acquisition in late 2023. This stage included 30 single level   independent living units, internal roads, in ground infrastructure,   as well as a full property boundary public cycleway and   pedestrian path network
