Challenges: Minimal budget and timing constraints to deliver a bespoke facility to provide care and wellbeing services within. Consulting facilities, workplace amenities, social and operational amenities that the operators found difficult to brief, but through the PM lead, the eventual outcome became the benchmark for multiple facilities developed thereafter.
